I still want to lose about 20 more lbs of fat, but I'm extremely excited with my results so far. Thank you low carb diet.

Hi Eric. Well done on a fab weight loss, you look great (and a great inpiration!) I had a good go at it last year doing a different diet and losing 70lbs but have been stable ever since and now am loving fitnesspal as a way to lose the other 60bs!
