I am currently doing a low carb/paleo diet and I want to incorporate coconut oil. Any recommendations of which one to buy and from where?? At my local Kroger it is very expensive.

I found it a little cheaper at Trader Joes and even cheaper at my local HEB. (Although both of those stores are somewhat regional. I don't think HEB is outside of Texas yet.) Kroger only has it in the "health food/natural" section that I've seen, so I'd try other stores to see if they have it elsewhere. Any time you call something "natural" they jack up the price...0

Trader Joe has been the cheapest for me. Amazon has it as well. I've also seen it at Sams club reasonably priced.0

Second vote for Amazon! ; )0

I use LouAna...think it was about $10 for a 30 oz wide-mouthed container.
What I love about it is that it's solid just below room temperature, so it's very easy to spoon and measure.0 -
Costco's got the big jar for a good price0
