hello from kansas!

I just joined today and am super excited to stick with it. I have a friend who has been using this site for assistance in her weight loss and she is at 30lbs lost over the past 3 months! i am so proud and excited to get were she is! :) yay!

    I'm from Kansas too.

    There are lots of resources here, and a lot of Kansans I didn't know about.
