my sugar is 30 more than it should be it is 55 how important is that ? apparently for a male it is advised 70 a day

The recommendations is normally for added or refined sugars, not natural sugars and the counts here don't show what is natural and what is added.
Looking at those numbers, I would add in more calories and a lot more protein as you are very low for both of them.
By looking at your profile it does say you have diabetes so it may be best to speak with your doctor or nutritionist to see exactly how much sugar you should be consuming. I would say if it's not affecting your blood sugar you should be fine but you should be checking with a medical professional.0 -
