my name is laura, I am 34, and this is my first day. met my sugar goal the site assigned me-- yay! good because I'm prediabetic. I have 53 lbs to lose & am excited to use this site as a tool to help get me there!

    I discovered this site after I was struggling to count calories and having to figure out the percentage of protein and carbs. This made it so easy. I am sure you will love it
