Hi Guys
Im new on here and coming with an open mind and element of nievety. I have been on MFP now for about 2/3weeks and have been pretty religous logging everthing (much to my boyfriends ire as i keep stealing his smart phone to do it when away from the computer).
Ill be honest yes iv seen some weight loss and think its ok etc but after reading some of the posts im wondering if im doing this all right etc so would appricate some feedback/views/ advice from you all (please be nice im happy to accept any 'truths' if the delivery is given with respect).
So guys my diarys open and id appricate any help/advice/views of where i could improve etc.

I don't know your stats (height & weight) but 1000 calories is far too low.
I would estimate at least a good 500 calories more than that for the average individual.0 -

Thanks for reply. Im 5,2. 33 years old female.
I do feel like im eating more (maybe becasue for first time in my life im making a point of eating regular as opposed to binge/starve cycle).
So i should be looking to consume 1500 per day to lose weight then?
