So you know how we all have day to day weight fluctuations? My weight fluctuates on an average 1-3lbs... one day I will step on the scale and it will say 139 then the next day141 and the next 138....
I am wondering how you all deal with this? I know that I fluctuate daily so the number itself does not bother me... just the "lbs lost" on MFP. I must have OCD or something because I want that to be perfectly accurate... If our weight fluctuates how do we know what we weigh??
How often do you weight yourself? and how often do you record?

Weigh yourself once a week. The fluctuations can drive you crazy.0

I weigh myself daily, but input into a spreadsheet and look more closely at the weekly average weight.
Only add weight to MFP once a week.0 -
I've been between 154 and 153 for awhile now. I just put in 153 and leave it at that. I also weight myself one or twice a week instead of daily so it doesn't drive me too crazy0
