My December to August transformation

At my heaviest (not pregnant  ) I weighed 185lbs at 5' 1/2". by december 2012 I was down to about 165lbs which is when this picture was taken:
I started using My Fitness Pal to track my food intake and get inspiration - A LOT of inspiration. I also started working with a personal trainer in April. At first I worked with my trainer 3 times a week and did cardio three times as well. As I progressed I moved to 2 days a week and am now at one day a week with my trainer. The changes I've seen in my energy levels and my body are amazing.
I've given birth to 6 children - 2 set of twins - which wreak havoc on a person's body, especially when you're short! I never thought I could start to look as I am without surgery and I love knowing that I worked my butt off (literally!) for every single pound and muscle!
There is no magic diet. There is no magic pill. There is your sweat and hard work and determination to live a healthier life. That's what gets results!

It really does help to see someone around the same size, doesn't it? I'm glad I can help in anyway :blushing:0 -

You look amazing! When you had your twins were they by c section? If so how are you getting that incision area toned? I've had 4 c sections and I feel that I will have a hard time with that kangaroo pouch.0

Wow, that's amazing in such a short time. I like your consistent effort. It's so impressive that you achieved that despite having many kids. Wow!0
