Looking for poptart experts

Ok my fellow Poptart enthusiasts I have a serious question. How many Poptarts in one package (2 per package) is considered a pastry? Most nutrition labels are misleading and I am hoping 1 pastry is considered one glorious and delicious packet?

    I'm sorry my friend, but 2 of something is not 1 of something.

    1 pastry = 1 poptart
    1 packet = 2 poptarts

    Put the package on a scale. It should either be around 50g (in which case you're golden) or 100g (in which case you're not).

    Strongly suspect the 50g is for one individual pop tart.

    Well most nutrition labels break it down for over thinkers like myself. Why does it not say 2 pastries per pack it then? I feel so cheated!!!!! D= LOL That explains why I haven't been losing, ha. Thanks! :cry: :brokenheart: :cry:

    Normally the box will say "12 servings" and have 6 packs, or "8 servings" and have 4 packs :flowerforyou:

    Yeah, this was a depressing find for me too a few months back but you know what was worse? Learning that the nutrition info on my Entemanns donut box was for 1 donut!!! ONE DONUT?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? Who eats just one donut? I don't think I have cried that much since I was 6yrs old and found out my dog died.

    And I still haven't bought any donuts since then either. Stupid MFP and learning the value of calories...

    Since a poptart is a pastry...I'm willing to bet 1 poptart is 1 pastry.

    I would but my scale isn't calibrated and I am waiting for my new one to arrive. Believe it or not I do have a brain! LOL jk:laugh:
