My wife loves my abs!

I dropped almost 70 pounds, and verbal feedback from everyone has been great. But by far the best feedback is my wife's obsession with my abs during intimate encounters. I will keep this PG, but she stares at them, rubs them, etc. Seems like defined abs have benefits I never expected. I don't know if that is just my wife's preference or if that is typical...I have been married a long time.

I think my next goal is to work on better muscle definition....seems like definition is more attractive than raw muscular strength /size.

Ladies...your opinion and / or feedback is requested.....
