at my worst i was at 360...today i hit 260. i want to thank this site and the people on it who have helped me so much in my journey...still another 110lbs to go but i am sooooooooooo happy right now i had to share.
<<<<< those pants are from 100lbs ago in that pic. from a size 32 to just about ready to be in a 22 (24s are to loose and haven't tried any 22s yet to say for sure yet but i can pull down my 24 jeans without having to unbutton or unzip so i've gotta be a 22 now)

    Thank you so much for putting your business out there because I am in the same boat but I'm just now getting started.

    My highest weight (that I know of) was 384. I started on MFP at 370. I am down 12 pounds. That is almost 6% of my goal. I am so excited. I may hit 20 pounds (10%) at my next weigh in.

    Thank you for being such a good example for me.
