How long does it take to see results im on week 1 i know thats to soon to see results i exercise 6 times a week 2-3 days i do jillian michaels banish fat and the other 3 days fitness blender cardio workout and am on 1700 calories

  • I lost 4.6 pounds my first week. Eating 1450 a day and working out 3 hours a week. I've been doing Walk Away the Pounds. This is the end of my 3rd week. I can definitely see a small change and the scale is encouraging. :happy:

    It takes time. Weight is easer to put on than take off. Everyone fluctuations day to day. You need to loose your weight slowly so it stays off. give it time. or maybe change your calorie count. I am currently on 1300 a day..

    But your ticker says you've lost 39lbs! So you have been losing weight before joining mfp presumably? You may have hit a plateau, so check out fat2fitradio.coms podcast on plateaus. You might just need to shake things up a bit by zig zagging, varying your exercise programme and reworking your macros, Hope this helps!
