Hi - can anyone share how to sync the fitbit flex and myfitnesspal?

    If I remember right I went to apps and then went to the fitbit flex part

    Don't do it! It sends all your stats up the wall, I tried it was not good so I unlinked. Your calories burnt up up and down, if you log any exercise it makes your active calories go wrong.
