Looking for new friends, especially...

those that are not necessarily looking to lose a bunch of weight, but rather are trying to maintain and improve their current level of good fitness. I want to keep improving, continuing to learn better eating and exercise habits, and need like-minded friends to trade ideas with!

    Good Morning!
    i was so excited to read your post for new friends! I am focusing on eating unprocessed foods and exercising at least three days a week. although i have about ten pounds to shed, i am not focusing on the diet approach but rather a eat healthy, work out regularly approach and i know i will lose my fat weight and gain good muscle weight as i get stronger and tone up. so it sounds like we are in the same boat! if you agree, feel free to send me a friend request! :) i would love to support and encourage you as you do the same for me :)
