Recommendations for Breakfast?

Hey guys, I could use alittle help. I am NOT the main shopper in my household, so my options are very limited when trying to eat healthy.

Here are the ingredients I have available too me, more then oft.

Oatmeal (( Quick-Oats/Rachel ray Boxed Oatmeal.))
Peanut butter (( I don't like using it often, too many cals for such a small amount.))
Eggs.
Cheap shredded cheeses. (( Great Value etc.))
Frozen Vegetables
Whole Wheat Bread
Raisins/Dried Cran-raisins
Onions
Tomatos
1% Milk (( don't drink milk too often though.))
Bread Flour.
Sugar (( etc, baking stuff.))
And occassionally I'll be able to have canned peaches/pears in the house, or cucumbers, but that's pretty much it. Most of my breakfest diet is sadly omelette's or eggs, and the routines gettin' pretty stale. I like to keep my morning calories around 250 if at all possible, any suggestions?

Is there not a option to add/exchange some of the grocery list? Get some fruits and blend a smoothie?
Maybe some low card wraps (aldis has a good one) make it into a burrito with eggs? Good luck!

One of my go to breakfasts is 1/2 cup oatmeal nuked w/ cinnamon, splenda, & a finely diced apple. You could also top make wheat toast topped w/ 1T PB & some raisens. Grilled cheese? Maybe use the canned peaches to make muffins w/ your on hand baking stuff?

My dad has a budget, and we plan meals weekly, So if there isn't any extra money in the budget I can't ask him to include anything special for me that would take away from the family's meals. (( we are a very large family so the budget is oft tight.))

My go to breakfast is 1/2 cup or 40 gr of oats mixed in 1/2 cup of milk (for me soy milk) mix together with a little cinnamon mix this the night before and through it in the fridge. The next morning the oats will have softened and soaked up some of the milk. So basically its cold oatmeal. Super yummy and about 180 calories. I also sometimes add a banana too. Its high in fiber and it keeps me full until lunch. You said that you had raisons/cran raisons you could mix some of these into the oatmeal too.

You could also make a breakfast sandwich with 1 or 2 pieces of the whole grain bread, with an egg, cheese, and load it up with veggies.

Breakfast burrito with egg, cheese, and veggies.

Also, keep in mind that breakfast does not have to be "breakfast type foods" eat leftovers from the night before or you could make a stir fry with all the different veggies.
