10 lbs of 40 - new strategy

Hi all! I'm 33, male, and peaked this year at 200lbs (5'8"). I'm weighing 190 today and hoping to cross into the 180's shortly!

I've tried a zillion diets and strategies. The one working best at the moment is following my 1650 calorie daily goal, and eating no gluten, dairy, and limiting refined sugar.

Anyone else trying a similar approach? I feel great, but pretty hungry throughout the day, and its a mental challenge!

    Also- any fellow juicers or vitamixers?

    I have recently started juicing... and I love it! I found when I first started that I was starving all the time but it is in your head because there is something about chewing. I know quite a few people that do it for breakfast but I choose to do it for dinner because breakfast is your most important meal and I found that it just works better for me
