I need your BEST juice recipes!

Hi...I'm starting a juice fast this week and I would like to get as many tasty juice recipes as possible!
Be sure to put how much of everything...I'm a newbie!

    ive been juicing as part of a eating clean diet for 6 months. I will tell you carrots are gritty and celery has a strong taste that nothing can mask in the juice so I stay away from them. I usually use kale, spinach, broccoli, cucumbers and a piece of fruit you can cinnamon if you use apples, cayenne pepper and lemon all work well. I usually use 3 cups of veggies to 1 piece of fruit and a pinch of spices and some water or almond milk. Feel free to inbox me

    1 Pear
    1 apple
    1 lime
    handful of kale
    handful of spinach

    .....

    1 blood orange,
    4 stalks of celery
    cup of grapes
    1 plum


    .....

    1 cucumber
    cup of grapes
    handful of spinach
    half an apple
    ........

    2 carrots
    2 stalks of celery
    1 orange
    (mango ( I am allergic, so i use pineapple instead)


    these all taste really good.

    I will do this because a) I decide what I do, not others. B) this isn't going to be my way of life for now on. C) I could say the same about any "diet"...please don't go vegan, please don't go primal, please don't do anything that may seem out of the NORM!
  • I just lost 10 pounds over the past 2 weeks starting with a reboot juice diet (http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/rebooting/plans/). My husband and I did the first 3 days together. It was surprising how much it impacted cravings for bad foods. We stuck to just vegetarian for most of the 2 weeks with an occasional allowance for pizza (2 slices), alcoholic beverages and date night at our favorite sushi place. There are recipes shown for 3-15 days. If you haven't seen, "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" it was really inspirational to us getting things started. Best of luck!

    Wondering how your Juice fast is going/went? My husband and I are still including at least 2 juices daily as part of our diet. I have to say... the weight is staying off and I feel so much healthier... no heartburn, no crashes or cravings.
