Trying this again (kick boxer)

Hey everyone! My name is Stephanie and I am 22. A little about my weight loss goals I suppose...
Well I have always been big not huge or anything just tall and big I'm 5'10 and I guess i've been between 160-180 most of my life lately it got to be about 196 lbs last year and that is when I decided to make a change I know i'm not obese but i'm still 'unhealthy' to me anyway.. I lost weight got down to 158 and that was a good time just thought I had a bit more to go and would be good! I worked hard workouts (kick-boxing) running almost everyday and eating well or just not a lot. I did amazing for a while
and just like that I gained it all back and more within a few months I think I got a little depressed or something I guess I just didn't care anymore and It was over winter so I couldnt go for my runs anymore idk what happened
anyway I have gained back some weight was 180 and now I am 175 today. I joined kickboxing class and BJJ and let me tell ya that burns like 1000 calories or more a class holyy!! I feel stronger and looking better everyday. This site has been helping me understand the calories and even though I dont eat a lot that one thing I eat has like 1000 calories in it so it is not good at all!
I learned that you need small meals like 3-4 and just have snacks or 'graze' throughout the day. lots of water no soda and crap like that all this advice has been helpful and worked when I was using this site before... then I stopped using this site and gained it back
SO now I am not going anywhere you people can read what I am eating although the times I put on my diary can be wrong and I might miss a few entires and just guess what the calories are haha but oh well. maybe one of yas can help me on that/
my goal is to be 145 or below I want to have lots of muscle so prob weigh more Im honestly not concerned on the scale number I just wanna have a 6 pack and have strong arms and legs like an athlete. I want to be a fighter and learn to cut weight for fights and I have bought the DOLCE diet that is basically 'clean eating' so i am going to try my best with that. but we will see I am going to wean myself off this time last time I just jumped right in but then I went crazy and ate everything like a month later so yeah ...
who knows when I get all ripped maybe i will make it to the UFC and armbar the hell out of some chicks hah
so idk add me if you like i will try to give tips i have learned...update pictures when i show some progress and creep on ya and tell you when you mess up! sounds good? okay!
