Low Cal Lunch suggestions please

Go to the supermarket and buy the fixings for a salad. My daily lunch salad is huge, and includes Kale, Baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, chicken, some fresh fruit, and maybe a tablespoon of lite dressing.
Typically comes in around 350 calories.
If I skipped the chicken it would be closer to 100-150 calories.
Salads are the ultimate low calorie meals IMO.0 -

You could do sandwiches on sandwich thins. Most brands of sandwich thins are only 100 cals, load with spinach, tomato, cucumber, mustard, a little avocado if desired, meat if you must, sargento cheese makes 40 cal slices.
I also mix a can of black beans, can of corn, some salsa, cubes of mozzarella cheese, and add some chicken (fake in my situtation) and mix. It makes a few serviings I can bring in a tupperware.0 -
I've been making wraps with sesame hummus, avocado, shredded carrots, sliced bell pepper, sliced cucumbers, and loads of spinach all in one of those Flat Out breads. You could also use a large tortilla. I usually have fruit on the side - orange or peach/strawberry mix.0

I like to bring hummus, assorted veggies to dip such as baby carrots, bell pepper strips, etc., pita chips or pretzel crisps and some fresh fruit on the side, whatever is cheap and in season. No cooking, maybe just a little chopping of veggies.0

Try tuna mixed with greek yogurt instead of mayo, make a sandwich out of it with spinach and the sara lee 45 calorie bread or sandwich thins.
If you have a microwave available, re-heated roasted veggies are AWESOME!0 -
I just get a burger bun and cram as many vegetables into it as I can! Plus lots of low cal lunch meat (I love pastrami, low cal but super tasty) and cheese for protein!0

I'm also big on salads for lunch. I throw my "kits" together on Sundays and each is one portioned out and ready to go for the week. I literally just through whatever I want on my salads for the week in little zip lock bags. They consist of things like cherry tomatoes, feta, chicken, sliced lunch meat or boiled egg, mini turkey pepperonis, nuts, a few dried cranberries, fresh fruit, and/or any and all frozen veggies I like.Then I take the kits to work and buy lettuce at a salad bar around the corner. That way I don't have to lug a huge container to work and I don't have any lettuce wilting in my fridge.0

home made soup. i make my stock from chicken bones and then fill it up with veggies and healthy goodies.
lettuce wraps. whatever you would put in a wrap but just wrapped in iceburg or romaine leaves. i personally am happy with a strip of chicken (i buy the 5$ packs from walmart sometimes if i dont feel like cooking my own) and some honey mustard.

salad. mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber. toss on some tuna, hard boiled egg or chicken for protein
mini cans of flavoured tuna with carrots
leftovers! my favourite. whatever i have extra from dinners makes great easy lunches0
