more protein, less fat??

Looking over my food diary, I find that I'm consistently going over on fat and I'm not getting enough protein. I have it set to 40/30/30, so 113g protein and 50g fat. I did this with the help of my nutritionist over a year ago and 57lbs ago, but I'm assuming it's still a good goal.
I'm looking for food suggestions. I eat lots of fat-free greek yogurt, cheese, chicken, and fish. It's been awhile since I did protein shakes, but I really don't like them. I suppose I could go back unless you lovely people give me better ideas.
Thanks

I guess it would depend how much you're going over in your fat intake. It's a balance beam every day with mine...I didn't reset MFP but am supposed to be eating around 150 grams of protein a day. I find that quite often I'm over in one thing or another but I don't worry about it too much. I'm still dropping weight, so nothing can be going too wrong. You can check over my diary if you'd like. I just try to get as close as I possibly can within all the ranges.0

I get extra protein in my cereal, I buy Go Lean crunch. Cottage cheese can go savory with salsa and tortilla chips or sweet with peaches or some other fruit. Cow milk, nuts, beans all give protein. Eggs too0

Cottage cheese, eggs, beef, pork, turkey....yes! Must watch for the fat though.
Yes for beans too
Milk...yuck.
Cereal without milk is bleh.
Thanks for the suggestions! Any more?0 -
I mix Greek yogurt, go lean crunch cereal and fruit for a nice parfait in the morning sometimes too
. Gives you about 23 grams of protein for 300 calories and only 4 grams of fat. I use the dannon light & fit Greek yogurt cup.

Thanks for the suggestion! Definitely going to pick up some go lean crunch cereal next time I'm at the grocery store.0
