sorry in advance as i know alot of you have probably read all these questions before, i've searched to find an answer to my question so im hoping you guys can help.
To cut the story short i started on 1200 calories im just a little over 5ft and 28 yrs old my diary is set to sedentary, all was well i lost weight with no exercise, i then got into a really bad cycle of consuming 900 calories 6 days a week and binging on the 7th day, (bad i know).
Two weeks ago i decided enough was enough, i went back to 1200 calories, the only difference know is that i want to eat my exercise calories back but im scared?
I have a treadmill at home and ive looked on how accurate they are and a lot of posts say about 100 calories per mile so although i burnt a little more im going to use that as an average.
Does this seem ok? i suppose im scared of gaining, but id love to be able to lose weight in a healthy way and enjoy life, and events tha come with it, i dont want to go anywhere near a scale as i pretty much depend on numbers and the scale is not in anyway a friend of mine.
Your answers are appreciated it x

ive tried so many different sites and they all give me a different number, is this one any better? thats the only reason im confused alot of them say different numbers, thanks for you reply x0 -
I've been studying Nutrition for the past two years since starting my healthy lifestyle changes. What I found was when you drop below 1200 calories your body will convert into Starvation Mode...sucking up all the fat and not really losing fat instead losing muscle. So keep your calories at 1200 a day. When you are exercising you are using more calories than you can afford to use if you don't have a good calorie intake. You need the steam to work out. Your goal is to be able to live healthy for all of your life and by starving yourself you aren't learning the new habits. You obviously have will power so just turn that 900 calories back into 1200 and fuel your workouts with healthy foods. Bananas are great before a work out! You can do this!0

Different websites use different calculations. But for me, this has helped me the most.0 -
Don't just focus on the amount of calories, focus on what you're intake is with that set amount of calories. You can do a steady amount per day or smaller ones with a cheat day (900 seems low) but make sure you're getting enough protein, healthy fats and non-starchy carbs and you'll see the weight come off. I would focus on your counts of those three more than your calorie count being right on the nose.0

What exactly does TDEE stand for? And BMR calories stand for vs step two where it says choose your goals and then says 1800 calories for fat loss. I'm confused.0 -
so what about the whole starvation mode? if its a weekly goal that matters because i used to have one high day of eating my metabolism should be ok? or should i expect to gain as ive upped my calorie intake from 900-1200 and am going to eat exc cals back?0
