Anyone into vitamins?

I'm taking the standard One a day Mutivitamin. I'm not really sure what else to take or if I should take more vitamins. I'm not really educated in the Vitamin department.

Anyone taking different kind of Vitamins?

  • I take a general multivitamin for adults under 50. I don't really know much about vitamins either, but if you're not getting enough of the good stuff through what you eat, I can't see taking two a day being a problems. Space it out though. One in the morning, one in the afternoon.

    I take a calcium pill (well, gummies) and an iron pill as recommended by my doctor, especially since I'm getting a lot less dairy from my change in diet. I don't really know too much about other types of pills and what benefit they would offer if you're already taking a multivitamin.

    What, if anything, you should take depends on what you typically eat. I'm a vegetarian, so I take a plant-based omega-3 supplement and a multi vitamin with iron since those are the two things I have the most trouble getting consistently in my diet.

    I take the chewable multivitamin for adults just because my calories are low.
