Not new but coming back...

So I am in no way new but I just had my baby last week so I am back to counting calories and hopefully get some walking in since I can't really workout yet. I have been on MFP about 2 years now...started my weight loss journey in 2011 when my husband deployed. I had lost almost 100lbs before he came home for R&R (7 months after he left). Things happened and I ended up gaining about 20lbs then losing 10 of that before deployment was over. I found out I was pregnant Jan 2013...was due Oct but had another little girl (we didn't find out the gender until she was born) Aug 12th at 31 weeks. She is currently in the NICU a couple hours away and with 2 other daughters we aren't able to visit much (no babysitters or much family to watch them) so I figured I would get back on track with my weight loss journey while trying to get through this NICU journey as well. I have already lost 13lbs of the 28lbs I gained while pregnant. Hope to make some new friends so feel free to add me :)

Welcome Back Karena.. You have always been one of my beggest supporters here. I can't possibly claim to understand the struggles you are going through with your family but I will do my best to empathize and help you along your way.

Just wanted to send good thoughts to your baby girl. My daughter was born at 28 weeks and spent 3 months in the NICU so I know what you're going through. I was able to go to the hospital multiple times/day so I can only imagine your sadness at not seeing her more often. My little girl is now 3 and perfect and I wish the same for your baby girl! Good luck on your weight loss as well.
