Stuck at 146...

So I have not had issues losing weight before, I dropped 22lbs so far and I am now 146. My first goal is 145 and I cannot seem to lose even one pound. I did stop counting for a while but I'm back on it and I have been eating healthy, and I have been even under my calorie count. Yesterday I went to the gym, I'm going to start going whenever I get the chance. If you have any tips at all or some sort of advice please let me know, I would highly appreciate it. Thank you

Hey,
Maybe you can try fasted cardio? I've found it's really helped me.... I wake up drink a black coffee and do 30 - 60 mins cardio on an empty stomach and then try and eat breakfast an hour after

I see nothing in your diary for the past few days, are you not logging?
Are you expecting to drop 1lb of actual weight overnight?
Kinda hard to assess what's up when you're a bit vague, a "refeed" or "break" period usually kicks weight loss into gear.0 -
I wish I could do that...I would have to head up to my gym because where I live there is nowhere I can run. Thank you so much for the advice thoughHey,

if I move somewhere that I have somewhere to run I will be sure to do that, that sounds like it would work great.

Can't you just run outside? That's the beauty of running, it can literally be done anywhere. Also, you could do workouts tape or HIIT in your home?0 -
Well I have been counting my calories on paper because I can rarely get on the computer to actually put it in. I have been under 1200, so I most likely am going to up my calories some, I've been told that may help.I see nothing in your diary for the past few days, are you not logging?

You don't have to leave your house for cardio.. Turn on your favorite playlist and dance like there is no tomorrow

Well I am close to my neighbors and also there has been a lot of kidnappings. I know I may be paranoid but I don't want to chance that...if I was at my old house I would be willing to run by myself because I knew all my neighbors and I had a lot more area to run (now I'm next to a main road).0 -

I had the same issue, as I'm sure many people do. I just upped my calories from 1,370 to 1,470 and that made a huge difference. I lost that gosh darn lb in almost 2 days.0

That's what I'm thinking about doing. I have been aiming for 1200 calories but I don't know how high I should make it 0 -
Check a few different websites to see what they say. Then I'd take an average. Thats just me though. I'm sure someone on here can be more helpful.0
