My name is Jaime and this site is great! I am getting married in 3 months and the coutdown is on to loose weight. I think that this site will help tremendously!

    Thanks! This site looks great so far! I feel like I have been trying to loose these ten pounds forever now and nothing has worked. Hopefully this site and the people will give me the motivation i need!

    Hey Jaime, I did a search under Plateau and there was a lot of good advice for losing those last few stubborn pounds as well as when the weight loss plateaus. Good luck!!
