In and done. Now. Let me admit that a) I was only able to hold the pose for up to 25 seconds each time. This is the first time I've ever attempted them. and b) I have tremendous respect for anyone who even begins these things, much less can hold the pose for a full 60 seconds. But i'm glad I put the effort in.0

I almost forgot the 5th one; I remembered right after I got into bed so got up to do it. LOL. My husband thought it was hilarious (and a bit crazy, I think) that I got out of bed to finish the challenge!0
