help! how do i log that into my exercise diary??? how many calories do you burn? I don't have a clue!

Most people put it in under Circuit Training, which is how I do it. I enter 20 minutes, and it's about 188 calories for me. Of course, I don't know how specific this is, because I don't wear a heart rate monitor, but it's probably close enough.0

I log it in under circuit training - I think it burns more calories than that, but that comes the closest to what I have found. The only other way to do it is to separate out the strength training pieces from the cardio pieces - a bit challenging and I just choose the easier way.
