Here is a recipe I came across.. I have not tried it yet... Also googled black bean brownies.. I have heard wonderful things about then but have not gotten the chance to make them either
Brownie
I was searching Google for a low-calorie brownie recipe to satisfy my cravings yesterday, haha. The one that I found is really good, so I thought I would share! I used regular sugar. Using the MFP calculator, I calculated each brownie as 64 calories, 12 carbs, 1 fibre, 2 protein, 654 sodium, and 23 iron. However, the original recipe says that they are 100 calories, so take it as you will haha.
Low-Calorie Brownies:
3/4 cup: Low fat yogurt (Vanilla or plain work best)
1/4 cup: Skimmed milk (or almond/soy)
1/2 cup: Cocoa powder
1/2 cup: Wholegrain rolled oats
1/2 cup: Truvia (or any natural/stevia based sweetener that pours like sugar)
1: Egg
1 tsp: Baking powder
Pinch of salt
Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/400°F and grease a small baking tray (about 8in x 8in). Mix all of the ingredients together and then process or blend until smooth (unless you want whole oats in your brownie). Pour into your pan, and then bake for 20 minutes!
When they're completely cool, slice them up. The calorie count is based on cutting them into 9 brownies.

It will end if you eat a brownie.0 -
either fit it into your food for the day, or keep yourself busy and take your mind off of it. Sometimes I cannot control myself around certain foods and I need to find a way to get a single serving of it if I can. Remember a craving is uncomfortable, but wont actually hurt you.0

The reason you want brownies is because they are a pleasure trap.

Change brownies to chocolate in general and you got me! I tend to just eat those Fiber One brownies. they're delicious and help me stay away. Well, unless mom brings me home a dark chocolate candy bar. Darn her! c:0

Have a brownie. Or heat up a Quest Cookie Dough protein bar in the microwave for 15 seconds. Yum!0
