30 days no scale change : (

I've been on and off MFP for a couple years. I've started back up again and for the past 30 days have logged EVERYTHING (wine included)!! I've also been doing Insanity and syncing my exercise through my UP bracelet. I've seen a few inches come off but my scale has not moved one pound. I've made my diary public. Any advice would be greatly appreacited!!! Thanks!!

    Have to agree that there are a lot of days that you are over. Also make sure that you are getting all you servings of fruits/veggies. Those seemed to be missing a lot as well.

    Even if you scale is not moving, you said that you lost inches. You are losing even if it is not a number on the scale. But eat more fruits/veggies they will fill you up which will hopefully help you not go over your calorie goal.

    This and you are logging in a lot of exercise. Are you confident that those calorie burns are accurate? Are you using a heart rate monitor?
