Can anyone give me an idea of some things I can do for strength training. I have some resistance bands (don't know if their the right thing) but the problem is one of my wrists is screwed atm (waiting for minor surgery on it) and I can't lift or pull using it. Is there anyway to do strength training at home without using your wrists?

Have you tried wrapping them? I've competed on broken toes and injured joints with a good wrap.0

I guess you can always do legs and core. I actually can't think of any way to do upper body that doesn't involve your wrists. Maybe go to a body building site and post on their forum? That's all I can really think of. Sorry0

honestly, i'd just hold off until i got my wrist fixed. if you haven't been lifting all this time, there's really no reason to risk hurting your wrist even more or doing something risky while trying to hold a resistance band with your elbows or something0
