so confused

What exercises should i be doing im so confused people say so many different things i want to lose belly fat and ive started doing 2-3 times a week jillian michaels 55 minute video then on the other days i do other cardio videos such a fitness blender or 50 minute tae bo and have 1 day rest also started a 10 day 10 minute ab challange am i doing to much cardio

    Sounds fine. If you're trying to burn fat, do any vigorous exercise often.
    If you start to feel tired all the time, that can be a sign that you might be doing too much cardio.

    By the way, try to use periods after sentences. It make it easier to understand you.
  • Adding in weight training is key though too - muscle burns more calories than fat - and is great for toning!
