Like her arms are helicopter blades.....I saw some pictures of me walking and my arms are out like wonder woman.....like I am about to take flight....and then I noticed if I try and put them straight down, they go out.......no wonder my shoulders always hurt, my arms are always up...................ARGH I cannot wait for the WEIGHT to go........................................

I am not the only one right....................what did you finally notice once you started here????

That I couldn't walk up the steps in my house without getting winded and tired....

But keep on walking like wonder woman-the weight is coming off and staying off and soon you'll be walking with those arms DOWN!
  • That at first, I was so winded after 20 minutes I was gasping for air, but now, I can walk 30 minutes and can still breathe!! Screw the arms! Health and Ftness is what matters!! lol
Best wishes to you in reaching your goals!

I noticed that I breathe hard no matter I do... I wonder if that'll change once I shed some pounds...

Things I noticed when I started:
#1 All the calories and garbage I was actually eating once I started to keep track
    #2 How fat i really was :(
#3 I had no energy, and took daily naps for hours ( Dont do that anymore)
#4 my knees dont hurt as bad as they used to, occasionally 1 gives me a twinge but nothing like before
#5 I am getting some (not all yet) but some of my self esteem back and I actually like what I am doing and enjoy seeing the scale go down, clothes looser, and i am getting a bit cocky since I am starting to look a bit better :)

I realized what an ugly relationship I had with food. Food and I have come to an agreement that works well for us now

That when I walked I could feel my back fat pinching together. When I stretched out, the sweat that got caught in there would fall. It was gross.

I noticed that I sneak eat... if I know my husband is working late I'd stop on the way home and get icecream and eat it before he got home THEN eat dinner, or if he went out of town for work I'd eat twice the portions and way worse food than I would when he's home. Same thing with eating lunch, if I'm running to a bunch of appointments and eating in my car where no one will see me I'll pig out, but if I'm going out to eat with my colleagues 99.9% of the time I eat healthy.

I'm really working on fixing that!!
  • I recently started walking everyday and realized the other day that even my SHADOW was fat :( lol...but I'm going to change that now :)

How much fast food I ate, IN A DAY! I think with the way I want to be permanently when I reach my goal all the food I used to eat in a day should probably have been spread out over the course of a month! I was turning treats into staples, and the staples became burdens and untasty. Now its the other way around, but I promised myself no regular sweets (save for a slice of birthday cake when one comes around) until I reach my goal.
  • I sweat a lot. Sometimes in my cotton black exercise pants it's so bad it looks like I had an accident above and below my butt. Embarassing! Buying all shiny black material from now on lol
  • am i the only one that has (and this is soo em bare assing) had trouble reaching around to the other side of me (i can't believe i just wrote that)
