    I mix one container of greek yogurt, 1/4 cup dry oats, and 1/4 to 1/2 cup fruit, and put in the fridge the night before. I really like it and sometimes have it for lunch. According to the recipe you can make them ahead and keep them in the fridge for up to 3 days. I haven't tried that yet and so can't say how that will work out.
