A sincere thanks!!! This post is amazing. I'd like to think I have accomplished most of my success on my journey along these lines. Very simple clear information is sometimes difficult for people to follow, I don't know why?! Thanks for great reminders (especially for me right now to tailor my goals again for my current progress.) I will look for your group now. I've enjoyed many of yours & Sara's posts along the way.0

i am one of those who can't weigh food or count calories so i'm kind of at a loss lol.
i have a history of ED's and get too obsessed with numbers. ;(

Thanks Side Steel, it's great to be reminded of the things that are most important and also of those other threads every now and again. I like to go back and read the threads to make sure I am on track. I'm getting closer to my goal now and need to be more relaxed in some ways, and stricter in others - getting that balance right is tricky sometimes. Thank you for the reminder
