Trying this again

Hey folks,
I was on here about 3 years ago and decided to give it a go again. I'm not really sure why I stopped. Oh, that's right.... I felt guilty about all of those cookies when my daughter joined scouts and I didn't want to log them, so I just quit coming here.
Since then, I'm 27 pounds heavier and I really need to get back to a place where I feel good about myself. It's funny because I see that where I was 3 years ago is a weight I would be happy obtaining now!
Here's to a happier and healthier me!

I'm a mother of two girls and understand how hard it can be. I've been off and on MFP and hav just recently got back on track. It truly is a life changing choice but for the better. No time like the present to get started. Stay strong and work hard. ;D0

Way to go on getting back on the band wagon I totally have those days when I don't want to log all those terrible things I've eaten, but logging it actually helps me realize what terrible things I am putting into my body and helps me stop! Anyways - super excited to have you back and would be happy to be support and encourage you if you can throw some my way as well0

Read your message - I'm in a similar boat. This is my third time using myfitnesspal. It works, but as soon as I go off of it, back comes the weight (back up 15 lbs.). This time around I am going to try and hold myself accountable. It would help to have others help hold me accountable too! (Of course, celibrate the little victories along the way). Add me if you want to share some accountability.0
