I'm a 42 year old mom of 4 and I'm looking for friends to help with motivation and be there to vent to each other.

    I'm game! I'm 42 and have a 3 year old. Hoping to lost 20 pounds or more. It's the first time I've gotten serious losing weight and I'm trying to think of it as a lifestyle change instead of a diet. I find that keeping track of the calories really helps.
