What's your favorite summer food?

Summer makes a lot of folks crave ice cream other frozen treats. I live in a warm place where ice cream year around is common, so my summer favorites are fruit. I just finished the most lovely nectarine, one of my favorite summer treats. I think my number one is fresh cherries, though. What's your favorite summer food?
