I used to get headaches for one of three reasons after exercising:
1. I was not drinking enough water before, during and after the exercise.
2. My calorie intake was too low to sustain the exercise I was doing.
3. I went too hard on the treadmill, holding onto the frame, which put my posture out and caused a neck strain-
Get a friend to check your form so you're not straining and potentially causing injury.0 -
I still get them at times if I have not ate healthy the day before or If I did not consume enough water. But I suggest you consult your doctor! My sister had headaches and hers were a more serious problem... Not trying to freak you out... but JS... the response on here is going to be the typical response.... some people are not typical... talk to your doctor if nothing mentioned here works real soon!0

I'm not a doctor but it could be high blood pressure. Have it checked.0
