My usual breakfast (fruit is my favorite food ^^ ): banana, pear, apple, peach, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, ribes (250 cal).0 -
Healthy dinner on the go:
Chicken pita w/ veggies, carrots and celery, peach0 -
Mushrooms stuffed with crab and cream cheese, and a touch of parmesan cheese!0 -
Italian Turkey sausage I took out of the casing with yellow squash and mushrooms, with a roma tomato. No sauce just seasoned up good and cooked in a little water. Yum!0 -
Baked won tons, fille with crab and cream cheese and I used a little greek yogurt too.0 -
1/2 cup of egg whites with store bought black bean hummus, and one fried egg to go with!0 -
Roquefort scrambled eggs, bacon and roasted tomatoes on a baguette

Homemade pita pizza (love them) with oven roasted chicken breast, arugula, ricotta and capers
PB & J grilled quesadilla
Dinner tonight, sweet & tangy tilapia loin, over green lentils, cherry tomatoes, hard boiled egg whites everything topped with grilled pineapple

actually one of my favourite things to eat ever, had two big bowls of it for dinner for 370 calories. It's Nigella Lawson's Vietnamese chicken and mint salad, and I say EAT IT, EAT IT ALL!! Sooooo good. 7

I made some chicken nachos today. OMG amaaaazzzing! Chicken breasts cooked and shredded, seasoned, then sauteed with Sriracha, Asiago cheese, and Southwest salsa. I was happily stuffed. :happy:
