Fish - how do you count the calories?

Hi all,
I seem to be having a bit of a problem establishing if the calories for fish per weight includes the skin, or not? I've looked outside MFP database and still can't figure if the weights they give you are with or without skin!
So, I had a 280g of trout fillet, WITH skin.
I dont eat the skin, so the weight of what I'm eating is going to be less than that. Right?
So any idea how you calculate? Or are the weights given excluding skin?

Weigh the "extra" bits after you have finished eating, and subtract them from the initial weight. If you start with 280g, and the "extra" parts weigh 90g, then you consumed 190g of trout.0

I'm not sure my previous post went through.
You can weigh the "extra" bits like skin/bones after you finish eating, and then subtract them from the initial weight of the fish.
If you originally had 280g of trout, and the skin and bones weighs 90g when you are done, then you consumed 190g of trout.0 -
Yup, just delete the left overs, same as a T-Bone, weight the bone afterwards!0
