Hi,

Strange question,
I use warthog and kudu meat. I log it at the moment as Pork and Beef.
Anyone else here logging wild meat? Any other ways to log it?

Thanks!

I do venison but it is in the food list on MFP- not sure how you should log it.

I'd use the venison entry for antelope. When I cook wild boar I enter it as pork. Wild game is pretty lean, if you use the closest meat entry you can find and a lean option if there is one you won't be far off I shouldn't think.

Not sure, but it does sound tasty! I had to google "kudu meat" though and found this:

sorry I'm not of any help, but I'd bet that meat is less fatty than beef (being that the taste is described as "wild")

now I have to find some african restaurants/markets to find some!

    Mmmm that looks good.

Yeah I know it would be leaner.. but sometimes feels like I am eating blind, even if I am logging it as lean meat.
