    Wow, how long has it taken you? I ask because I started off in April at 227 and my first stretch goal is 175. I'm down 18 since April. Not fast, but steady and healthy. I'm looking for encouragement.

    Yes please share how long it has taken you! My process seems so long...slow, yet steady! I fall off, I get back on..... I would love to see 180!!! Im now sitting at where you started! I want to set small goals but dont know how to set them by because I dont want to set myself up for failure and get discouraged. You are an inspiration to me thank you!!!

    I agree, looks great & wonderful job!! And I'm also curious as to how long it took you. Seeing as your starting weight is my starting weight & your current weight now is where my doctor says he would be happy to see me at with my body type (of course we will see once I get there, who knows, I may stay there or I may go a little bit lower?) it will give me a general idea as to how long of a trek I'm looking at.
