Why does the top of my right foot hurt?

when I exercise? I seems very sensitive and hurt really bad when I press or touch it? I can sort of feel it during exercise but tolerable.

It may be that your shoe is too tight or doesn't fit properly. I'd recommend going to see a sports physiotherapist or a podiatrist if you can. They can tell you exactly what the problem is and suggest treatment options.0

could be shoes, but also, could be a pinched nerve in your neck.0

i had the same thing plus numbness .... it was suggested to me to loosen the laces, sounds silly but made all the difference in the world. give it a shot, might be more for you but that simple solution was given to me by a MFP ...good luck, hope it's something as simple as that0

Go and see your GP/MD, it could be a stress fracture or a Morton's neuroma. It's not something that can really be diagnosed without having a look at it.0
