Ideal Heart rate

I am 43, have lost 35 pounds..Have 15 to go.. My question is what should be my ideal heart rate when doing cardio. I range between 135-138 consistently for 35 or more minutes...I can raise it to 145 for 10 min or so... but not for a long period of time.. I have been working out for 4 or 5 months on a bowflex treadclimber.. Is 135-138 good enough to loose the last 15 pounds.. I am stalling... I have tried the HIIT training...but it is very hard to do on the treadclimber it burns out your legs very quickly...

There is no ideal heartrate, but 135 per min for 35 or more mins is just fine. Regarding losing weight, HR really is nothing to do with that, weightloss really does depend on a calorie deficit and as long as you have that, you will lose weight.0
