Anyone...health problems that make exercise painful.

Hi, I am recovering from the last 4 years of 6 hip surgries and 3 hip replacements I am 37. Just think.it would be helpful to connect with others that find most exercise painful but have found ways to push threw. I water walk 5/6 days a week from 30-45 min a day. I just got the ok to start exercising at the beginning of Aug. after being bed ridden since January.

  • Yes, my right knee and my left hip were hurting so bad. But I started taking supplements like MSM powder (in a shake daily) and just worked through it. Now the only thing that hurts is my elbow (tendinitis) but not from exercise. Oh and one finger... weird! lol
