I think that your thread might get more responses if you post your photographs according to these instructions:

Also, Congratulations on your success so far! The photo of you standing and pointing to the scale is funny. I wish you continued success with your program.0 -
Or if you want a TL;DR of that link, put [ img ] and [ /img ] at each end of the links (without spaces), so [ img ]http://i944.photobucket.com/albums/ad289/Angi_Webster/i_zpsd513dfb8.jpg[ /img ] gives you:

Wow, how long has it taken you? I ask because I started off in April at 227 and my first stretch goal is 175. I'm down 18 since April. Not fast, but steady and healthy. I'm looking for encouragement.
That photo of you on the scale was totally AWESOME! How cute! LOVED it!0 -
You are gorgeous. You must be SOOOO proud. You will get those last 25 too!! Just keep it up!!!0

Yes please share how long it has taken you! My process seems so long...slow, yet steady! I fall off, I get back on..... I would love to see 180!!! Im now sitting at where you started! I want to set small goals but dont know how to set them by because I dont want to set myself up for failure and get discouraged. You are an inspiration to me thank you!!!0

I agree, looks great & wonderful job!! And I'm also curious as to how long it took you. Seeing as your starting weight is my starting weight & your current weight now is where my doctor says he would be happy to see me at with my body type (of course we will see once I get there, who knows, I may stay there or I may go a little bit lower?) it will give me a general idea as to how long of a trek I'm looking at.
Thanx again and keep up the great work!!!!0 -
First of all, I love your user name thats awesome!! Secondly, you look fantastic. WTG you!!0

Thanks so much for the awesome comments, everybody! I fixed my pix (duh, Ang...learn to read) and added my stories with details you asked for under a new thread "The Former Yo-Yo Prattylessfatty 226-175..."
Thanks again!

With the yo-yoing I can tell you I started at 226 in August of last year. I hit 199 around January. I got down to 177 in March and then regained back to 196 at the end of May. Starting June 10 (when I started running) I was 194-191 and today, august 23, I am 175. It's a journey. It has ups and downs. Instead of just quitting, I brush it off and keep going. I will say, there is no more yoyo. I have finally figured it out. If I have a bad meal where I really blow it...I don't beat myself up, but I don't have another bad meal for at least a week. I almost always stay between 1300-1700 calories and I work out 5 days a week. Good luck to you!!!0

Thanks! I'm a moron. LOL Proof reading was never my strong suit. I reposted this today!0
