I have been up and down my whole life like most of us I guess. I turned 48 on February 25th, and happened to look in the mirror. I was ridiculously huge I had reached 287.4 pounds and was up to about a 42 waist. I always carried my weight in my stomach, but now realized that me face looked like a basketball.I was diagnosed with apnea put on a cpap machine. That was it! I was done! I started March 1, 2013 at 287 and as of today I am down to 217. My waist went from 42-34, My neck from 18.5 to 16.5 The doctor says I no longer need the cpap. I need to go down another 30 or so. Would like to reach and maintain 185-190. Reading everyone's stories on here has helped me stay motivated, so thanks to everyone.
