I've always hated my arms. At 267lbs, I had 'wings' and they were awful. As I lost the weight I still hated my arms. They were one area I thought would never change.
They aren't quite where I want them.. but I can finally see a dramatic difference!
It feels great.

Here are some of the things I do for my arms, I dont do these all in one workout, I pick a few for the day:
Push ups! (Girl ones do - on knees - I cant master the real push up yep
Tricep dips
Wall pushes
Dumbell: tricep kick back, over head press, skull crushers, tricep extentions, bicep curls, standing over head press
Machines at the gym: Tricep push down, lat pull down, pull in, assisted push ups and dips, seated butterfly
Those are all I can think of at the moment!0 -
