Had an awful week, need awesome friends to motivate me!

The clue is in the title!

I'm having an awful week, diet and exercise wise, and I would really appreciate some new friends to help me get my motivation back. :)


I'm not following any specific diet, trying to amend my whole lifestyle in order to lose weight and get healthier for myself and my sons sake.

    You just gained an awesome friend this morning lol.

    I will be in the gym at 6.30 in the morning, no slacking I want to see you adding some exercise to the diary!

    I haven't logged the last 2 days. I did my ab and arm challenge today but I literally had to force myself to do it.

    I usually use my up as a way to keep me motivated as I can see how active I've been throughout the day so I have been completely lost without it whilst I've been waiting for my new charger. :(

    Hey Razzle -

    Sounds to me like you have all the right goals! Don't get discouraged with one bad week. It takes time to create a work of art. :) Just take it slow...one day at a time. You'll find things that will discourage you and then you'll turn around and be inspired by something or someone and it gets you back up and running!

    I have some recipes in our group and I'm an avid exerciser (Now). My friend Nutmeg and I just joined and we decided to jump in with both feet! Check out things at Dwindling Expectations and we'll get our motivation on together!
