Hi Everyone
This is the second time i have joined here , i did really well and lost weight and felt amazing, the mistake i made was to stop logging in and slowly but surely i piled nearly all of the weight back on , instead of spiralling up i have decided to tackle the problem again and would like to ask for help from you lovely supportive lot , i promise i will return the support .
I plan to start in the morning as it is now bedtime here in the UK. Thank you for reading and hope to make some friends .
